  • Prepare Your Package: Ensure all items are packed securely in their original packaging, including a slip with your order number.

Shipping Your Return

  • Shipping Method: You may choose any shipping method, but it must include a tracking number.
  • Notify Us: Once you have shipped your return, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor its progress.

Processing Your Refund

  • Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as initiating a return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send out the replacement item.

  • Non-SharksFit Items: Ensure you do not accidentally include non-SharksFit items in your return package. We are not responsible for returning such items.
