Refund and Returns Policy

SharksFit is a trading name of Zenithzon Limited. We want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something is not right, we offer a clear 30-day returns and refund policy for orders delivered within the United States.

Return eligibility

  • You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order
  • Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, deodorant marks or pet hair

At this time, we accept returns on all regular SharksFit products that meet the conditions above.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale on the product page
  • Gift cards or store credit

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@sharksfit.com
  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return and a short reason
  3. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address

Please do not ship anything back before you receive our instructions.

Return shipping

  • For change of mind, wrong size or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement at no extra cost

All return shipments must include a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Include a note inside the package with your name, order number and email so we can identify your return quickly.

Refund process

  1. After your return arrives, we will inspect the items within 3 to 5 business days
  2. If the return meets our conditions, we will approve the refund
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

We refund the full amount you paid for the returned items.
If any paid shipping or extra services are added in future, those fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please follow the same steps as a return.

  • Send the original item back using the process above
  • Once the return is approved, we can either
    • ship the replacement item, or
    • issue a refund so you can place a new order

Non-SharksFit items

Please make sure you only send back items purchased from sharksfit.com. We are not responsible for items from other brands or stores that are accidentally included in your return package.
